We are currently hiring Technical Recruiters, Account Managers and Branch Managers. The following provides detail for each position:

Technical Recruiter

Recruiters receive extensive training, tools and technology to assist in the development of new business. Recruiters work in a team environment. Recruiters are accountable for personal production goals as well as the goal of the team. Recruiters need a combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills.

General Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through existing databases, contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting
  • Manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs
  • Meet with consultants personally to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
  • Set up and evaluate consultants skill levels through the use of skills based testing
  • Make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their specific requirements
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Prospect for new consultants through trade schools, channel partners and networking

Job Description
What separates KoreOne from competitors are the relationships we have with Consultants and our reputation for exceptional follow up and customer service. We provide Technical and IT Professional resources in the areas of Applications, Communications and Infrastructure. The ideal Recruiter takes accountability for the relationships he/she creates and the commitments he/she makes to Consultants. The Recruiting job is a balance between maintaining an inventory of qualified Consultants and providing the support needed by the existing Consultant base.

Daily tasks include:

  • Use in-house and online database search engines to qualify potential Consultants
  • Interview Consultants on the telephone and in person
  • Conduct Consultant reference checks
  • Provide manager contact info as leads to Account Executives
  • Prepare and submit resumes to hiring managers
  • Schedule client / consultant interviews
  • Coordinate new contract paper work
  • Collect timecards and distribute paychecks
  • Promote a positive and energetic team environment

Experience
To be considered for a Recruiter position we require a four year college degree or a minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting in the technical and IT staffing industry.

  • Make recommendations to customers regarding the top talent available to meet their specific requirements
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Prospect for new customers by cold calling, relationship building and networking
  • Manage customer expectations, provide consistent support, direction and organization
  • Solidify and increase presence in local markets through consistent participation in local organizations and events

Job Description

The Account Manager job is a balance between generating as much new business as possible without compromising existing business relationships and requirements. The Account Manager job requires leadership skills. KoreOne Sales Teams consist of one Account Manager and one Recruiter. The Account Manager is responsible to groom the Recruiter for an Account Manager position.

Daily tasks include:

  • Use in-house and online database search engines to prospect and develop new customer account opportunities
  • Manage current accounts for new business development and inner company network expansion
  • Exceed written production expectations
  • Monitor and coach Recruiter
  • Promote a positive and energetic team environment

Experience
Much of our promotion is from within. To be considered for a direct Account Manager position we require a four year college degree or a minimum of 3 years experience in sales in the technical and IT staffing industry.

Branch Manager

The Branch Manager role is critical to the continued expansion of KoreOne. The Branch Manager is key to maintaining the sales and overall culture of the office. Achieving revenue goals of the office ultimately falls on the shoulders of the Branch Manager.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, be client-focused, assess sales methodology that you want your division to practice
  • Motivate, recruit, develop and train a team of sales professionals
  • Use your demonstrated technical background to closely manage the candidate recruitment, account development and account management process
  • Team with upper management to set and achieve long and short term growth goals for the office
  • Effectively communicate the needs of your office to upper management, so that proper resources can be allocated

Job Description
The Branch Manager is accountable for creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy to meet and exceed sales/profit targets and for developing an effective staff to assist in achieving the branch’s financial/operational goals. Besides management skills, the Branch Manager must also have excellent sales skills with a proven record of success.

Daily tasks include:

  • Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to increase sales
  • Maintain communication with established clients
  • Develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy
  • Communicate and coordinate all aspects of branch operations
  • Financial management of branch operations
  • Hire, train and develop a qualified staff according to company guidelines
  • Coach and counsel associates on behavioral and performance issues
  • Conduct performance reviews and staff meetings

Experience
Branch Manager must have a 4 year college degree and/or a minimum of four years related business/staffing experience with emphasis on sales and supervision and previous P&L responsibility. A Branch Manager is also responsible for outside sales all the while maintaining a successful office operation. A Branch Manager must have great organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
